WorleyCord LP (Cord) is the Canadian construction subsidiary of Worley Limited. We are an Alberta incorporated company and operate either as a fully integrated EPC/EPF contractor or as a standalone General Contractor. We differentiate ourselves by our dedication to safety, quality workmanship, and fiscal accountability. We are a completely double‐breasted organization, meaning we can operate as a union or non‐union contractor as labour market conditions require. We have established our business so we are able, at all times and in all key trade disciplines, to perform work in a union, open, or managed site environment.

Cord was founded in 1978 by Colt Engineering to deliver a single EPC project, eventually building a robust, standalone business in the delivery of construction services. The Cord business and brand have endured through more than 40 years of evolution, including mergers between Colt Engineering and WorleyParsons (2007) and between WorleyParsons and the Energy, Chemicals, and Resources (ECR) division of Jacobs Engineering (2019).
